What is the Home Coffee Shop?

The idea behind homecoffeeshop.co.uk is to share a collection of recipes that enable you to create in your home an experience that surpasses what you can find in a high street coffee shop. To make staying in a more enjoyable experience that going out, and saving money too.

Homecoffeeshop.co.uk is not a collection of sweet treats, although it does contain some. At its heart, it is a collection of kitchen garden recipes using fruit and vegetables, and turning these into delicious café style side plates and small meals that are enjoyable to eat.

The recipes are ideal for anyone looking to find new ways or ideas to eat nutritious vitamin rich food, whether for themselves, their partners, or their children.

If you like to grow your own herbs, fruit, or vegetables, these recipes are for you. The recipes can easily be adapted to what you have. Or simply visit your local supermarket, farm shop, or grocers, and cook what is fresh and in season.

To complement the kitchen garden recipes there are also sections for making delicious hot and cold drinks, plus a collection of sweet treats. A home coffee shop experience would not be complete without them.
